Data Protection Policy
CoderDojo Mullingar is a free coding club for under 18s run on a voluntary basis and funded by donations from various sponsors and members. We also receive grants. We welcome any donations that are used to cover our costs and fund any activities arranged. There is no charge for attending our sessions. There is a donation box at the door and any donations are gratefully accepted.

What is the purpose of processing your Personal Data?
The purpose for processing your Personal Data is to register and maintain the Applicant’s membership with CoderDojo Mullingar. The purpose is also to keep you informed of the CoderDojo Mullingar events and activities.
Will anyone else receive a copy of my Personal Data?
Your Personal Data can only be accessed by members of the CoderDojo Committee in connection with their administrative functions. We will not pass on or sell your personal information to any 3rd party bodies.
Where is your Personal Data stored?
Your data will be stored electronically on our CoderDojo Mullingar cloud server managed by Google (Gdrive).
How long will your Personal Data be stored for?
Your Personal Data will be held for one year after the membership has ceased and then deleted.
How can I obtain a copy of the Personal Data held by the Club?
You have the right to request a copy of all of your Personal Data and can do so by emailing us at mullingar.ie@coderdojo.com. This information will be provided to you within one month.
What are my privacy rights relating to my Personal Data?
You have the right to have your Personal Data updated, rectified, or deleted if you so wish. You have the right to object to your Personal Data being processed and to withdraw your consent to processing and so ceasing the membership..
